As a remote team member, you will be working in a telehealth facility that embraces modern digital communication tools to maintain an engaging therapeutic environment. You’ll have a flexible work schedule, typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some variations based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, drawing upon evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement effective treatment strategies.

• Maintain up-to-date and compliant clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic support.

• Participate in regular case consultation meetings to enhance care quality and share best practices with colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and empower them to utilize available community resources effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
