Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Offering tailored therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions conducted via secure telehealth platforms.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to gauge clients’ psychological strengths, challenges, and objectives for treatment.

• Formulating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs, informed by clinical best practices.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and community organizations, to ensure cohesive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic work will address a diverse range of mental health issues while engaging with a broad demographic of clients. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.

• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
