Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments, utilizing evidence-based techniques to determine patient needs and effective treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services and follow-up care, delivering timely responses that stabilize and support patients during critical moments.

• Coordinate care with various healthcare providers and community resources, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and holistic treatment regardless of their backgrounds.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions on mental health observation units or other designated spaces, promoting a safe atmosphere for shared learning and healing.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly, including statistical reports and treatment notes, to maintain compliance and support continuity of care.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in mental health rounds, ensuring ongoing professional development and collaborative patient management.

• Facilitate case conferences for treatment planning, offering insights and recommendations based on individual patient needs.

• Occasionally conduct psychological testing when necessary, adapting your approach based on the specific requirements of the case.

• Mentor and supervise social work interns or student volunteers, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals within our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse patients seeking mental health services through a remote format. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent certification.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, candidates with a Master's degree in a related field and experience in telehealth are highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
