Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, paving the way for tailored treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to address client needs through individual, group, and family sessions.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, adjust treatment plans, and share insights that contribute to holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, employing your skills and empathy to de-escalate situations and support clients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and experiences. We support clients facing an array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in fostering understanding, resilience, and healing within these populations, clearly reinforcing the importance of culturally responsive care.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.

• Strong organizational capabilities to manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with best practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
