Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and identify treatment needs.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. Specifically, you will support individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma histories, and relationship issues. Your expertise will create a safe space for clients to share their stories and work towards their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure in New York State (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is mandatory to practice.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic support or counseling to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport and foster trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred, though not required.

• Prior experience in a community health setting would be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 annually , commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes weekly direct deposit, administrative support, and reimbursement for continuing education, allowing you to continually expand your skillset.
