Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. Each client undergoes thorough pre-screening to ensure they are aligned with your specialty and demographic preferences, providing you with a fulfilling case load without the added stress of severe mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid license to practice independently, including LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW credentials.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills and proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

• Comfortable and proficient with technology, including virtual counseling platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked.
