Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain patients’ needs and create tailored treatment plans that effectively address their concerns.

• Deliver therapeutic services using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducation and support groups that encourage open discussions about mental health issues, fostering community and peer support among participants.

• Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during acute mental health events, offering immediate assistance and guiding patients towards appropriate resources.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy to incorporate new techniques into practice and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
