Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique needs and goals.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and integrate clinical best practices into your therapeutic approach.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Engage with relevant stakeholders, such as state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to additional resources for clients.

• Maintain open lines of communication to promote transparency and alignment with the organization's mission within the community.

• Network with local, state, federal, and private organizations to build partnerships and secure funding sources for program sustainability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Active LMHC License issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
