Work Environment\n

This position operates entirely in a remote telehealth framework, allowing flexibility for both staff and clients. You will conduct sessions from your preferred environment while utilizing secure digital platforms to maintain a professional therapeutic relationship. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on client needs, allowing for some flexibility in your schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine clients’ psychological well-being and formulate customized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to deliver effective treatment.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to promote emotional awareness, personal development, and adaptive coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated, holistic care that addresses all aspects of patients' mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention support during emergencies, employing sound judgment and intervention skills to stabilize clients.
\n
• Educate clients and their support systems regarding mental health issues, explaining treatment pathways and available community resources.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately while adhering to legal and ethical documentation standards.

• Engage in regular case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights.

• Stay informed about emerging research and best practices in mental health therapy to continually enhance clinical skills.

In this role, you will interact with a diverse population of clients who are navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to build therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
