Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Hold an average caseload of 20-25 clients per week while being prepared to schedule up to 33 patient hours to account for potential cancellations.
\n
• Engage in weekly team consultations to discuss cases, share therapeutic insights, and refine your approach based on peer feedback.
\n
• Utilize the digital alliance scale (session rating scale) in each session for ongoing assessment and adjustment of therapeutic strategies.
\n
• Adhere strictly to company policies related to scheduling, documentation, fee collection, and the onboarding and termination of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of clients, each seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. RCC has a rigorous patient referral process, resulting in a motivated client base. This allows you to focus on delivering transformational psychotherapy to individuals eager for self-improvement and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Must possess a current Washington State license as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling is required.

• Availability to maintain a schedule that accommodates up to 33 patient hours per week, ensuring flexibility to meet client needs.

• Active participation in weekly in-person consultations to enhance team learning and growth.
