Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities tailored to individual client requirements.

• Manage detailed and confidential clinical documentation in strict adherence to HIPAA regulations while ensuring the integrity of our record-keeping systems.

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated treatment team to facilitate integrated care, participating in joint conferences to strategize on client progress and adjustments needed in therapeutic approaches.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and provide them with essential coping strategies, resources, and tools to promote wellness.

• Regularly engage with peers to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance your skills through constructive feedback and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.
