Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans, ensuring alignment with both individual needs and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive behavioral guidelines and crisis intervention plans, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets state and federal regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

• Actively participate in the licensing and accreditation processes to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

• Serve as a vital liaison among local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to promote holistic care and effective resource navigation for our clients.

• Develop and sustain effective communication channels with stakeholders to uphold our agency’s mission and enhance community support.

• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to advance the center's initiatives, identify potential partnerships, and secure funding sources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and task forces related to mental health advocacy and best practices.

• Assist the Clinic Director with any additional related duties as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use issues, and developmental disorders. Your expertise will help clients develop coping strategies and support their recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and independent LMHC license in New York State.
