Our structure is designed to support your work-life balance, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, while also providing some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and utilize evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans, focusing on each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored to effectively address client needs.

• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of ethical practice.

• Work collaboratively within a dedicated treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote continuous improvement in the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A solid understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, demonstrating flexibility in applying various techniques based on individual client needs.
