Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to accurately formulate clinical diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress documentation that adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and appropriate community resources, fostering informed decision-making.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain informed on the latest practices in mental health therapy.

Your work will span a varied clientele, including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will need to demonstrate a strong capacity for empathy and understanding, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of each client and contributing positively to their recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

We offer competitive annual salaries ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
