Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, including family and societal influences, to ensure appropriate linkage to community-based resources.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to devise tailored treatment plans that address the specific psychological and psychosocial needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and management in high-stress situations involving substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and child maltreatment while maintaining a calm and supportive presence.

• Maintain precise documentation of patient medical histories, assessments, treatment plans, and clinical progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide educational sessions for team members to enhance understanding of client challenges, fostering shared insight and improving overall care coordination.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical or community setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
