Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, adolescents, and groups to evaluate psychological, social, and safety needs.

• Implement graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring the delivery of competent care.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress, contributing insights and recommendations through detailed documentation.

• Facilitate effective case management for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Maintain ethical and timely completion of all required documentation, consistent with departmental standards and regulations.

• Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions as an outpatient add-on, along with other evidence-based therapeutic modalities, to support clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Our clients range from adolescents to adults seeking guidance through life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys, leading to improved outcomes and increased access to holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week or more, providing flexible support for our clients' scheduling needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth or familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT or DBT will be highly considered. Additionally, experience in case management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is beneficial to ensure effective patient support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
