Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their mental health progress, stability, and treatment needs, including evaluating readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and mental health needs.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of client progress through timely and accurate progress notes.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' mental health statuses and appropriate next steps for therapy.

• Engage in scheduled individual supervision to foster professional growth and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to optimize client care and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a varied client population, consisting of adults, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, reflecting a rich tapestry of cultures, identities, and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure, allowing independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering direct psychotherapy services.

• Proficient with technology, including familiarity with spreadsheet tools, electronic record systems such as RMS and PIMSY, and general email communication software.

• Comfortable conducting thorough intake assessments and providing individual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a range of client issues, particularly in an outpatient telehealth context, with the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will benefit from competitive compensation, with an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
