Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments through virtual consultations to evaluate clients' mental health status.

• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and evidence-based practices.

• Regularly scheduled therapy sessions with clients to offer support, guidance, and therapeutic tools that empower them to manage their conditions effectively.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing and foster community among participants.

• Providing referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health therapy or counseling.
