Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions where clients can share their stories, form connections, and learn from each other’s experiences.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized and empathetic counseling sessions focused on helping clients explore their thoughts and emotions while developing practical coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored specifically to their unique needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and track client progress using various evaluations and feedback methods, ensuring treatment remains effective and adapted as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are often navigating transitional life challenges, mental health disorders, and the complexities of emerging adulthood. Your work will directly contribute to their journeys toward healing and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated willingness to engage in ongoing learning and professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing outpatient therapy to young adults or similar age groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
