Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments tailored to the needs of each client.

• Timely completion of documentation that meets all regulatory standards and enhances the quality of services provided.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and inform treatment decisions, working closely with the clinical team to ensure integrated care.

• Collaborate with various internal and external teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance the quality of care.

• Actively engage in the agency's licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and highest standards of practice are upheld.

• Facilitate communication with state agencies and community partners to coordinate care and promote the mission of Serenity Support Services.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to expand resources and support for our programs.
\n
• Pursue professional development opportunities, including attending conferences, participating in statewide meetings, and representing the agency in relevant forums.

• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and principles in all professional interactions.
\n
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet the needs of the organization and clients.
