This is a full-time remote position that offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a generous hire-on bonus. As an integral member of our mental health team, you will play a critical role in supporting clients on their journey towards emotional wellness and recovery.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans.

• Collaborating with the clinical team to implement evidence-based screening tools and positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Completing timely documentation that meets all regulatory standards, ensuring that clients' progress is effectively recorded and communicated.
\n
• Actively participating in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
\n
• Acting as a liaison between the organization, state agencies, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients.
\n
• Maintaining open communication channels to align with contractual standards and promote the agency’s mission within the community.
\n
• Engaging in professional development activities, including attending relevant conferences and statewide meetings, to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Promoting and integrating the values and philosophy of the agency in all interactions.
\n
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the Licensed Mental Health Counselor position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's Degree in the mental health field from an accredited institution.

• An independent LMHC license to practice in Massachusetts, with financial support provided by the organization for candidates licensed in other states who wish to transfer their credentials.
