Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychosocial evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Create individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapy needs, adapting approaches as necessary.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care plans that encompass the full spectrum of client needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference for candidates possessing a Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.

• Proven experience in mental health counseling, ideally having worked in similar settings like hospice or with terminally ill patients.

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices for effective treatment of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients, promoting a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n
