Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapy modalities to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for your clients, fostering a team approach to mental well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in continuous professional development and training to stay informed about best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges. With a focus on creating a therapeutic alliance, you will work closely with different demographics, understanding their unique cultural contexts, backgrounds, and life circumstances, thereby enhancing their therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
