Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, utilizing clinical interviews, standardized tools, and comprehensive evaluation techniques.

• Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' treatment goals and preferences, regularly revisiting and adapting these plans as necessary.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to different client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation using our Simple Practice platform, ensuring all interactions and treatment interventions are recorded accurately.

Qualifications\n
