Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on the assessment outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches tailored to the client's needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure integrated care for clients, addressing all aspects of their well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing acute distress situations for clients and ensuring their immediate safety and mental health stability.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
