Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer individual and group therapy sessions in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our patient population includes varying demographics across Washington State, providing you with the opportunity to make a substantial impact in a wide spectrum of lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT through the Washington State Department of Health.

Preferred Experience\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive compensation that aligns with your skills and experience.
