Work Environment\n

This remote role provides the flexibility to work from home while remaining an integral part of a collaborative team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals. Our work schedule is generally Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new and ongoing clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Effectively implement therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and all relevant standards.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other members of the treatment team, actively contributing to a collective goal of enhancing patient outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at fostering professional growth and improving the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n
