Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored therapy plans.

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy based on evidence-based practices, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Special focus will be placed on underserved populations who may face barriers to accessing quality mental health care. Your ability to build rapport and establish trust will be vital in supporting clients from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, contingent upon experience and caseload.
