Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other counselors and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of the latest research and developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with clients who may have limited access to mental health services, addressing a wide array of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting is essential.

• Strong understanding of and adherence to legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
