Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to capture clients' histories, current emotional states, and personal goals, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on an array of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship dynamics. Example scenarios may include guiding a group discussion on coping strategies or helping an individual navigate feelings of isolation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and social workers, to create a comprehensive care plan that promotes holistic support for each patient.

• Engage in continuous education and training opportunities to remain updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices that can be incorporated into your sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse patient population in Queen Creek and its surroundings. Clients may range from children to older adults facing various emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active license/certification in the state of Arizona, holding any of the following credentials: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience working with individuals experiencing emotional and mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred, as effective management of client data is essential in providing consistent and coordinated care.
