Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop detailed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, while utilizing our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and share insights for improved client outcomes.

• Participate in continuous professional development, attending workshops and staying current with the latest advancements in mental health practice.

• Respond empathetically to client concerns while addressing mental health issues, utilizing a trauma-informed approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
