Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans for each client based on comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach to suit diverse therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals facing short-term obstacles such as stress management, work-life conflicts, and interpersonal issues. We serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, presenting a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and virtual communication tools relevant to telehealth counseling.
