Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and a balanced work-life dynamic. Our telehealth platform enables counselors to connect with clients seamlessly, ensuring that mental health support is accessible regardless of geographical barriers. Although the primary schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, counselors should be prepared for the occasional evening or weekend appointments to meet client needs, thereby ensuring we provide continuous care.
