This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver compassionate and ethical mental health counseling to individuals via video chat, guiding clients through their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. We prioritize aligning our counselors with clients who match their training and expertise for optimal therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a genuine empathy for clients and a commitment to fostering a welcoming and safe environment.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Ability to develop strong therapeutic alliances with clients, facilitating trust and open communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy delivery is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
