Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations for new patients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health history and current challenges.

• Provide individual therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate optional group therapy sessions, couples, or family therapy when applicable, to encourage relational healing and support networks.

• Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop treatment plans that address physical, behavioral, and psychosocial health impacts on patient well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties with attention and executive functioning. Clients range from children to adults, allowing you the opportunity to adapt your therapeutic approach to different age groups and their specific concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, with a strong theoretical foundation in mental health practices.

• Active Oregon LPC license with a minimum of two years of direct experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing, to effectively relate to clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
