Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to assist clients in managing their symptoms effectively, particularly those with mild traumatic brain injury.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans, ensuring the client's evolving needs are met through evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to deliver a holistic approach to mental health care, sharing insights and coordinating treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress, with a specific focus on individuals who have experienced mild traumatic brain injuries. Your role will include adapting therapeutic interventions to cater to the unique challenges faced by this population, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive and personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is a prerequisite for this role. An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and training.
