Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client interactions to establish personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each individual.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic individual therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, addressing a range of behavioral health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals—such as psychiatrists and social workers—to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals and follow-ups as needed.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, documenting treatment outcomes and adhering to all privacy regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices in behavioral health, bringing innovative interventions to your therapy sessions, and regularly attending professional development training.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment approaches, ensuring superior care delivery and ongoing enhancement of clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus primarily on young people and adolescents who are navigating challenging life transitions, emotional disturbances, and interpersonal issues. This position focuses on fostering strong therapeutic relationships that promote healing and resilience while helping clients develop the skills and strategies necessary to achieve their personal and academic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Exceptional clinical skills with the ability to connect and establish a trustworthy relationship with clients quickly.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining high-quality service.

• A proactive and positive attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm for working with youth and fostering their growth.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
