This full-time remote position offers a salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your everyday responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions that promote open communication and peer support, helping clients build healing relationships.

• Providing individualized therapy tailored to clients' unique histories, emotions, and behavioral patterns, fostering an inclusive and understanding atmosphere.

• Collaborating with clients to develop comprehensive and goal-oriented treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring and assessing clients' progress using various evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of young adults and teens aged 18-30 who may be facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Our outpatient treatment center emphasizes evidence-based practices and holistic approaches that consider the full spectrum of our clients' experiences.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid and active State of Texas LPC license.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work empathetically with clients of varying backgrounds and situations.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and methods to conduct remote counseling sessions effectively.
