Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and triage clients’ needs during virtual therapy sessions, ensuring priorities are met within a high caseload environment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address client-specific goals and coordinate with community resources to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record system, ensuring comprehensive history and treatment tracking for each participant.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing evidence-based de-escalation techniques to assist clients effectively during times of heightened distress.

• Cultivate a supportive and affirming therapeutic relationship, fostering an environment where clients feel safe to explore their mental health challenges.

• Coordinate care transitions for clients requiring inpatient services, collaborating with hospital staff to facilitate smooth discharges and program transfers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively, prioritize tasks, and delegate when necessary to maintain high service quality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
