Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Brilliant Minds, you will:

• Conduct assessments to understand clients’ needs and create tailored treatment plans that leverage your clinical expertise.

• Utilize our all-in-one technology platform to engage with clients through audio and video interactions, and support them with online journaling and goal-tracking tools.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress.

• Participate in regular peer consultations to enhance your practice and clinical decision-making processes.

• Adapt treatment strategies based on real-time feedback from clients to ensure effective interventions and support.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting goals and therapeutic approaches as necessary, and communicate these effectively through our platform.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work exclusively with a patient demographic that includes stable, low-acuity adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship issues, and grief. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, you must have:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, full Independent License as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) without any disciplinary actions.
