Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on individual client assessments, adjusting as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with team members to coordinate comprehensive care approaches for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training to stay current on tools and methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your role will involve addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Understanding the unique needs and backgrounds of clients in Modesto, California, and surrounding areas, you will provide culturally competent care that resonates with their experiences and promotes mental wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards associated with mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
