Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement and uphold principles of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in your therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of mental health disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring they reflect developmental considerations for children and adolescents.

• Provide psychotherapy services, including individual and group therapy sessions that incorporate psychoeducation and evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing electronic medical record systems to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews to enhance service delivery and maintain licensure through continuing education opportunities.

• Engage actively with clients’ families and support networks, coordinating care with educators, healthcare providers, and community partners to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

• Facilitate therapy groups for various populations, focusing on enhancing coping strategies, interpersonal skills, and emotional regulation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited program in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• A valid independent license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical records and strong computerized documentation skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
