Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload by establishing and nurturing rapport with clients, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, address concerns, and plan for appropriate discharges when suitable.

• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client interaction, complying with legal and organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on personal practice and strengthen clinical skills.

• Collaborate proactively with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and a multidisciplinary approach to client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will work with a wide-ranging patient population, addressing the diverse mental health needs of individuals and families. This includes but is not limited to adults and children facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduate training.

• Proficiency with computer systems including MS Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes a fee-for-service model, guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, and opportunities for bonuses.
