Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' biopsychosocial needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans aimed at optimizing health outcomes.

• Facilitate individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices to ensure the highest quality care.

• Act as a primary therapist in both individual therapy settings and group therapy sessions, fostering a therapeutic alliance that enables patients to express their challenges and develop coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a broad range of patient demographics, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will utilize strengths-based approaches and therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient’s unique context, ensuring their individual stories and experiences are respected in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Arizona or license-eligible candidates.

• Minimum of two years’ experience working in a clinical counseling capacity, showcasing your ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 70,000 – 105,000, complemented by a potential sign-on bonus.
