Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to ascertain their specific challenges and treatment aspirations. This initial evaluation forms the basis of tailored intervention strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based therapeutic interventions that meet the needs of clients engaged in recovery from addiction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily work with adult clients who are addressing various levels of substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may include those with co-occurring mental health issues. Your skills in building rapport and delivering empathetic care will be vital in creating a supportive therapeutic relationship that fosters recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field, along with appropriate state licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
