Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely, providing you with the opportunity to deliver services from the comfort of your own space while utilizing our innovative Simple Practice platform for secure video conferencing and client communication. As part of our outpatient facility, you will collaborate with a network of professionals and enjoy the full support of our administrative team, enabling you to concentrate on your clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients, gathering pertinent background information and history to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide psychotherapy using various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and relational approaches, tailored to the specific demographic group being served.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions to monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and support clients through challenges they may encounter.

• Facilitate secure communication with clients through our telehealth platform for appointments, progress updates, and additional support as needed.

• Document all sessions accurately and maintain compliance with state regulations and ethical standards in psychotherapy practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including teens, adults, and couples, seeking support for various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your expertise in treating multiple demographic groups will enable you to create lasting connections and foster resilience in clients during their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active mental health license (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Strong competencies in treatment planning, mental health counseling, and effective communication.
\n
• Comfort and proficiency in conducting virtual sessions, with an ability to use technology for efficient client interaction.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to engage in peer support and supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.

• Experience working with couples and/or in family therapy contexts.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Simple Practice, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous fee structure, our counselors are guaranteed consistent referrals, allowing for a fully developed clinical caseload within the first 30 days of employment.
