Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of client mental health needs to create individualized therapy plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to clients of various backgrounds.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams to address the holistic needs of our clients, including their emotional, social, and psychological well-being.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:
