Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work comfortably from anywhere while remaining connected with a passionate and professional team. You will be engaging with a diverse client base and utilizing telehealth technologies to deliver therapy effectively. Flexibility is important, as you will need to accommodate patient scheduling needs while adhering to a general work schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the unique needs of each patient and create customized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering peer connections and a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with our experienced team of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a unified approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.

• Maintain all patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, using our electronic health record (EHR) system for efficient record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.
