Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy sessions addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, trauma recovery, and relationship conflicts.

• Perform diagnostic assessments to understand clients’ mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals, to ensure clients receive holistic care tailored to their unique challenges.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential electronic health records adhering to HIPAA regulations while ensuring the seamless tracking of clients’ progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities, which may include attending workshops, webinars, and peer supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to clients in distress, ensuring timely support and intervention in critical situations.

Qualifications\n

• A solid foundation in mental health counseling, evidenced by a Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
