Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions targeting mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Complete thorough diagnostic assessments to identify clients' needs and craft personalized treatment plans to guide therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, ensuring each client receives the support they need across multiple facets of their lives.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records, using EHR software to document client progress and treatment modifications.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in ongoing education and training to remain informed about best practices and maintain your licensure.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments during urgent situations to ensure client safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
